When will my order arrive?

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours.
Orders placed before 1pm GMT are shipped the same day. Please note that during busy periods and in sale, this is sometimes not possible and we regret we cannot make any amendments to purchases once ordered.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your parcel tracking number.

Where is my order confirmation email?

Typically, you will receive an Email within 1 hour of placing the order. In some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for an order confirmation Email to arrive because orders are passed through fraud and ID security checks after the order is placed.

SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY OF MY ORDER

Someone at the shipping address must sign for the delivery.

SHIPPING TO US, TAXES AND DUTIES

We now prepay all custom taxes and duties for all deliveries to the US. All you pay is the price you see at checkout, and product is less likely to be held at customs. However, random spot checks do occur on occasion. We use DHL for all US orders, on a fully tracked service, and work closely with them to ensure your order is received promptly.

RETURNS

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY

You may return your unworn product for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included. Upon return, all items are inspected by our customer services team before your refund is processed.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FROM THE UK?

We offer a complimentary returns service via CollectPlus.

To request a return, please click here and complete the following steps:

  • Enter your order number and email address and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with your returns label.

 Please check here for your closest CollectPlus drop off location.

Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the following 7-10 business days. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place. Note that it can take between 3-5 business days to appear on your issuing bank account statement.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FROM OUTSIDE THE UK?

If you are shipping the item back, you must send an Email with the below information to theteam@49winters.com to validate your return.

  • Order number
  • Style name, Colour, Size you would like to return.
  • Return reason among the following: too small, too big, model/cut, colour, wrong article or defect (with a description of the issue)

We will email you a DHL returns label within 24 hours.
